At Raith Menswear, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
